To augment ambulance services provided by Government in Nabarangpur district, which at present is inadequate, we introduced our own Ambulance Services since 30th June 2013. Shri. Brajesh Kumar Ray, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Nabarangpur inaugurated such services. CDMO of the district Dr. Nanda Kishore Mishra and Dr. Kiran Jadav representing Christian Medical were also present on the occasion. Such services are being managed on ‘no-profit-no-loss’ basis for a nominal subsidised charges. Many a person from villages far from district headquarters are availing this facility.

By 15th August 2013 we are introducing corpse transport systems as well. At present no institution including Government in this region have or provide such systems. People while in grief for losing someone near and dear are suffering much on account of lack of this important services. Some of the private taxis are taking undue advantage of such vacuum and are exploiting people emotionally and financially besides neglecting and compromising with the dignity a deceased person deserves.

Two 24 X 7 dedicated phone lines (9178877411 & 9178877399) have been pressed into this service for convenience of people besides our helpline (9178877588) on which one can lodge complaints about deficient or inefficient services. Wide publicity has been given to these numbers throughout the region.

A Seva Committee comprising 7 persons has been constituted to manage all aspects of our services. Members of the Committee are:
