Job Description:

  1. Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
  2. Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.

  4. Counselling students as when required to enable their placements in jobs.
  5. Helping students in getting enrolled for online examinations and registrations on portals like NEILIT.

Terms:
Salary: 72,000 p.a. – 1,20,000 p.a depending on performance
Timing: 9 Hrs. 30 Mins. a day (lunch and tea break time included)

 Job Profile:
The candidate must be ready to undertake frequent travels as per the Institute requirements at short notice. Works closely and regularly with students to identify interests, skills, needs, employment barriers, and available resources, and responds to all student questions or requests regarding placement support. Works closely with departments to maintain and report students’ employment progress, and provides timely tracking of graduate placements, including the generation of placement reports. Provides timely follow-up with students, graduates, and/or employers and potential employers to obtain placement outcomes, and exhibits persistence in attempts to contact graduates for current employment information (via telephone, e-mail or other communication methods.) Administrative Officer

 Job profile:
Overall supervision of the Director’s Office, Scheduling and Maintaining day to day events/meetings etc. & any other duties as assigned by Director from time to time. Must be proficient & ready to work in IT enabled & Paper-less office environment. Will oversee pre-internal & statutory audits and ensure compliance of guidelines. Will be responsible for presenting the contract and other documents to internal auditors, statutory auditors. Will prepare, disseminate, and ensure awareness of compliance guidelines to the user departments. Store Management, Will conduct special projects related to Finance, Accounts, Audits, Contracts, and Compliance specifically assigned. Proper maintenance of accounts, disbursement, investment, attending to statutory audit, internal audit etc. Co-ordination with Auditors. Prepare Budget Estimates and Revised Estimates. All contracts, agreements, that the Institute enters with the contractors, suppliers, service provides, etc. Correspondence with Government & other statutory authorities. Provides the compliance of various statutory and legal requirements in connection with the Finance & Accounting functions of the Institute and help carrying out the day to day business of accounts and finance office.
