08.03.2015: IRMA (Institute for Rural Management, Anand), a leading institute in India has invited participation of Govindalaya for the Management Development Programme on ‘Developing Leadership Skills’ scheduled to be held during March 23-26, 2015 at IRMA, Anand. Training would involve specific modules on Evolution of leadership thought, Behavioural and situational leadership models, Assessment of leadership styles and skills, Leadership for transformation, Leadership communications: One-on-One, with groups, meetings, Team leadership skills, and Leadership mistakes that must be avoided and why.
SWhri. Umakant Sahoo, Project Director (Training) will represent Govindalaya in the aforesaid programme and exchange ideas from the field.
